Indications : VATA TEA - Relaxes and soothes. A warming and soothing tea, for balancing vata.
It contains -Devdaru, Bala, Aiwain, Jatamansi and Lavang.
Devdaru - It has the potency to pacify Vata and is used in cough, sinusitis, swelling, constipation, urinary disoders and hiccup.
Bala - It is a well known vata pacifying herb and is used to combat various diseases which occur due to aggravation of Vata. It is also used as a tonic, diuretic and helps in quencling thirst due to fever.
Lavang - It relieves thirst, checks vomiting and nausea, promotes digestion, and enhances functions of digestive juices. It also checks bad breaths and is also used as mouth freshner.
Ajwain - It has got carminative, digestive. And appetizer properties and is used to increase the flow of saliva, It also acts as an antispasmodic agent. It is also beneficial in Syncope, pain, burning of the abdomen (Abdominal discomfort ) and micturation ( burning sensation or pain in urinary path ).
Jatamansi -It is used in burning sensation, and it has properties to combat diseases which occur due to aggravation of tridoshic.
